Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, Monday morning at about 11:45am arrived Rivers State on a working visit.
The former leader was received at the Port Harcourt Airport by the state governor, Rotimi Ameachi, top government officials and the people of rivers state
The Ota-born politician is expected to commission some recently completed projects, including the G.U. Ake road at Eliozu in Port Harcourt, the state capital.State primary and secondary schools and the modern health centres built by the Ameachi administration.
Obasanjo will also discuss political happenings in the country during a closed-door session with Amaechi.
he is expected to depart the state tomorrow.
