Jelili Adesiyan, Nigeria's Minister of Police Affairs has threatened to arrest and prosecute the former President, Mr. Olusegun Obasanjo and those in the APC for making "inciting" comments. Jelili was speaking at the launch of book by Mr. Yinka Odumakin in Lagos State titled "Watch the Watcher".
